When you engage COXTECH you agreed to the following terms.

All of our clients can expect:
1. Short phone calls and to the point emails
2. Upfront price estimates – no hidden fees
3. Easy monthly payments

Before engaging COXTECH please consider our culture and assess if we are a good fit for each other. It’s okay if we aren’t. The commitment involved is as follows:
1. Commitment to accurate documentation
We want to work with you to have a clean and accurate set of documentation.
2. Commitment to settle invoices in full and on time
3. Commitment to Good Communication
We aim to communicate clearly and without all the jargon. We want to fix the problems you are having so please make sure you tell us about them. We can’t fix something we don’t know about.
4. Commitment to using Smart Technology
We use smart technology and software to maximise our output. We love the Cloud and use Cloud based apps to run our business. We are constantly reviewing and will provide suggestions on how to get better outcomes. If you want to stay with what you have and know then we understand.
5. Commitment to Being Nice
We aim to be responsive and professional at all times, but like any IT firm, workloads can be high and staff can be under stress. We’re fast, but not instant. We’re always courteous and respectful and trust you will be too.

Engagement Period – Minimum Period 12 Months starting 1st of next business month.

We provide IT geek help two ways:

  1. Adhoc Hourly Support
    Billed hourly – minimum 1 hour for onsite work and 30 minutes for remote support.
  2. Monthly Managed IT Support
    Monthly Fixed Price Agreement – The price is estimated and agreed up front, and payable in equal instalments over the twelve month period. There are no surprises on the fee and the payments are made by direct credit, spread over the term of the agreement.  Under Monthly Managed IT Support you have unlimited access to the geeks for both onsite and remote support as well as enjoying the benefits of the the proactive work completed on your infrastructure every month on the last Thursday of the month.  You will also receive our Managed Antivirus and Remote Access Agents installed on your infrastructure.

Non-Profit Pricing is available on request and is for businesses and agencies that can provide approved non-profit government status.

Payments must be made by Direct Deposit on time by the due date shown on our invoices.

Indexing – Unless otherwise agreed, amounts will be indexed upward by 5% on 1st July of each year.

To assure that our arrangement remains responsive to your needs, as well as fair to both parties, we will communicate throughout the year and, if necessary, revise or adjust the scope of the services to be provided and the prices to be charged in light of mutual experience.

COXTECH may supply and install a Management Computer at no cost to you.  This helps us connect and manage your hardware and network and infrastructure. COXTECH will retain ownership of this supplied management computer.

When you engage COXTECH for project related work like website development, server migrations etc. we require a 50% deposit upfront based on the approved quote.  Work will commence on the project as soon as deposit is received. An initial project kick-off meeting will be organised within first week of project to ensure both parties are on the same page with the goal and targets in mind.

Confidentiality – We will treat as confidential and maintain the confidentiality of all information and records that you provide to us. This information will only be disclosed to a third party where you provide specific authority for us to provide this information to them, or where we are subject to a legal duty to disclose the information.
